Yuck. Went to the mall to buy a dress for an upcoming Xmas party. It was pretty depressing. I am a size 12. At one time I was a size 6. I am trying to use it an motivation and a starting point. This is the first day I actually adhered to my diet. Got up at 5 a.m. to make my breakfast in lieu of swinging by McDonald's and getting the Chicken Biscuit Combo. Tomorrow is going to be an ordeal we have a company Xmas luncheon. I am bringing a protein bar to try to curb any temptation. Wish me luck. Stay tuned for pictures of yours truly sans Photo Shop.
